The goods should be bought only from earbuds.ie and not in any other retailer be it online or offline.
Return requests ought to be raised within 3 days in the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange for any orders which exceed the 3 days refund period.
Products should be unused with all of the tags and packaging should remain intact and must be sent in addition to the products.
Merchandise should reach us within 3 days and maintain the condition.
Kindly note that during the sale, certain rules will apply for arriving on sale product; If the correct product was delivered, just in case we deliver the wrong product we will accept the return. Unfortunately on sale products, cant is refunded.
Delay in receiving the order
If you don’t receive your goods and you can not monitor it, we advocate reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with appropriate details. We shall handle such problems rigorously and take necessary actions to solve it at the first.
In this event, we can cancel your order and process your own refunds the cash in your bank account or monitor your order and expedite the dispatch.
You will not be entitled to any cash refunds as per our policy.
Return Is Only Going to be made in the bank account
Once approved as a qualified return, we’ll initiate the refund for your trade and in case of an exchange we will upgrade your details and ship you the ideal products. In either scenario, your return or exchange problem is going to be closed within 1-2 weeks of the receiving of the return package from you.
You’ll be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. The return address is said on the label.
Depending upon your location, the time it may take for your traded product to reach you may vary.
We may provide Refunds in case of:
